Marijn gained extensive experience with inner-city (re)developments with both developers and investors. She sees the complexity and versatility of such projects as a challenge. What fascinates her is seeing how a single pencil line on paper, can eventually turn into a high-quality building that you can walk through. In the design process, she always keeps an eye on everyone's interests, from municipality and environment to investor and user.
