As Head of Development, he works on the development and realisation of a mix of living and working environments in inner-city areas. He is involved from the very first sketch phase to the commissioning of the buildings.

Previously, Jeroen worked as a property developer and cost expert, among other things. He has extensive experience with both residential and commercial real estate, has an analytical mind and is energised by creative and future-oriented thinking. Complex and challenging issues are right up his alley. At G&S&, he hopes to enjoy working with many different people and to realise projects that make everyone happy.
