About The CubeHouse

The CubeHouse, the first hybrid timber building at the Zuidas.

This unique office building, located on the last remaining Mahler4 plot, marks a new era on the Zuidas.

Twenty years ago, G&S& established the Mahler4 business district on the Zuidas and since then, we have realized some of the most prominent buildings, such as Viñoly and UNStudio, on the Zuidas. The CubeHouse completes the puzzle for the Mahler4 plot.

The CubeHouse is an office building designed to inspire, connect, and accelerate the workplace of tomorrow.

The office building with a semi-public rooftop garden spans a total of approximately 16,300 m2 and is located on the corner of Parnassusweg and Claude Debussylaan.

The CubeHouse
Creating new dimensions

Our three-dimensional approach creates spaces where visitors, businesses, and nature can thrive, proving that sometimes the best things come from out-of-the-box thinking.

The CubeHouse has been skillfully designed by the renowned architectural firm SO-IL, based in New York. This architectural masterpiece represents a new era of urban design, with collaboration, community, and innovation at its core.

We are expected to begin construction on The CubeHouse in the fourth quarter of this year. Advisory and engineering organization Arcadis and BNP Paribas are already relocating their headquarters to The CubeHouse.

We still have three available floors in The CubeHouse Interested? Take a look at our website.

A new vision on sustainability

The CubeHouse embraces a revolutionary vision of sustainability. The building is composed of an impressive 75% bio-based materials, with the use of 13,000 m3 of wood resulting in the storage of 9,000 tons of CO2.

Thanks to solar panels on the roof and integrated into the facade, over 138,000 kWh of sustainable energy is generated annually, equivalent to 80% of the building's estimated energy consumption.

Rainwater is collected and stored, while the harvested rainwater is utilized for toilet flushing and irrigation of the green rooftop garden. This beautiful rooftop garden brings new flora and fauna to life in the Zuidas district.

The innovative "Breath Spaces," semi-outdoor areas seamlessly connecting the office space with the surrounding environment, make The CubeHouse a truly unique and inspiring workplace.

Let’s collaborate
for better.
