About Wonderwoods
Two green towers in the heart of Utrecht. Wonderwoods is so much more than just a building.
By radically changing the conventional urban architecture paradigm and reconnecting people with nature, we can transform a society’s attitude towards sustainability, while increasing biodiversity.
Perhaps too, most importantly, we can connect a new generation with nature again. And inspire, especially children, to engage with the natural world.
One Concept
The 'vertical forest' I is by Stefano Boeri Architetti, the Milan based architecture firm renowned worldwide for its innovative Bosco Verticale (Vertical Forest). Covered in trees and naturally ‘introvert’, its muted architecture amplifies the sound of nature and stimulates relaxation.
The other tower is by Dutch architect Roberto Meyer of Amsterdam-based MVSA Architects and is extrovert’: the verdant greenery indoors reaches out to nature outdoors.

Wonderwoods offers rental and owner-occupied apartments for a diverse target group.
The Green Offices are BREEAM Excellent. A great offices space for companies of the future: light, green and incorporating ‘Spaces Wonderwoods’ to cater to the next generation of entrepreneurs, startups and co-workers.
Residents, visitors and inhabitants are able to take a stroll on our roofpark including a restaurant.
